The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth of our recruitment services through new client acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the security services recruitment division, ensuring efficient and effective placement of security personnel at airports and other events

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes that enhance the recruitment, selection, and deployment of security professionals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security staffing needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.

  • Oversee compliance with all relevant UK laws, regulations, and standards related to security services and personnel.

  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in the recruitment and placement of security staff.
