Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth of our recruitment services through new client acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships. This role involves strategic planning, enhancing client engagements, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the recruitment sector.

Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure that client requirements are met with the highest standard of service.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security services, with a proven track record in operations management and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operations of the security services recruitment division, ensuring efficient and effective placement of security personnel at airports and other events
Develop and implement operational strategies and processes that enhance the recruitment, selection, and deployment of security professionals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security staffing needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
Oversee compliance with all relevant UK laws, regulations, and standards related to security services and personnel.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in the recruitment and placement of security staff.
Analyse operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
